What would you do? • You will work closely with the client & delivery team in support of deliverables/ capacity planning in a collaborative, agile and rapid development environment • Track the progress of your projects & ensure delivery as per committed timelines • Coordinate and execute all important build activities with assistance from the Senior Intake Analyst • Ensure all change requests follow the Digital channels and content management processes including the approval guidelines • Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of change request • Provide backup support to Senior Intake Analyst and/or Intake Manager by assisting in completion of the daily status reports or coordinating the daily status meetings Good communication & project management skills – This role requires you to work closely with both internal & multiple client stakeholders for managing end-to-end web content authoring & QC task. Therefore, clarity of thought & good communication skills is of utmost importance. Requirement Analysis & Pipeline management – You will be required to liaise with client to assess the requirement on daily basis, assign them to team/ individuals, provide clarity on expected output, define task specific effort estimation, monitor progress & track closure of tasks/ projects • 2-3 years of experience in project management & requirement gathering • Experience of working in ticketing platforms like JIRA • Experience with client and stakeholder management and coordination • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint • General knowledge of web publishing & content management tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Wordpress etc. • Experience in HTML, CSS is a plus but not mandatory
