Project Management: Contribute to projects related to sustainability assurance, ensuring timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Assist in the development of project plans, scope, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion of deliverables.Attend project management meetings, document minutes, and develop action plans.
Dashboarding and KPI Tracking: Design and maintain dashboards to track and report on key project milestones, deliverables, and team productivity.Ensure data accuracy and provide regular updates to project leads and stakeholders.
Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the team to develop standardized reporting templates and methodologies to enhance the consistency and quality of analysis and reporting.
Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of the sustainability assurance team's strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide support for various ad hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in in business analysis, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required; and experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) would be considered an asset.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and updates effectively.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and best practices informed by practical delivery will be considered an asset.
