Digital Campaign Engineer

We are looking for a Campaign Engineer to design, execute, and optimize digital demand generation and ABM campaigns across paid social, email, and web channels. This role will engineer scalable campaign workflows, generate high-quality leads, and drive pipeline growth by integrating marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics. The ideal candidate combines digital marketing execution with a strong systems and data mindset.

Roles & Responsibility

1. Plan, build, and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, email, web, and CRM
2. Run demand generation and ABM campaigns aligned to priority accounts and buying groups
3. Engineer campaign workflows including targeting, personalization, lead capture, scoring, and routing
4. Manage paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Google) to generate high-quality leads
5. Integrate campaign data across CRM and marketing automation tools
6. Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against pipeline and revenue goals
7. Partner with Unit marketing, content, sales, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up
