Role Overview: Digital Brand Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Brand Strategist with strong digital knowledge to strengthen strategic planning at our Pune office . Reporting to the VP Pune Branch , this role involves leading brand strategy, guiding integrated digital thinking, managing diverse teams, and partnering closely with clients to deliver impactful campaigns.



What You Will Do

  • Lead brand and communication strategy for key clients with a strong digital-first approach.
  • Work closely with the VP Pune to translate business objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Drive strategic thinking across digital, social, content, performance, and integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality execution.
  • Manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering strong strategic thinking and collaboration.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, strategy decks, and brand growth initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients by offering proactive insights and long-term brand guidance.



Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or integrated advertising roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, ecosystems, and consumer journeys .
  • Proven experience working across both digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into impactful ideas.
  • Experience managing and guiding teams from diverse backgrounds.
