Digital Asset Manager

Job Description

Service and supervision over the functioning of a digital platform for archiving materials produced for advertising campaigns.

Supporting the team with information on how the platform works for all its users.

Daily contact with internal and external clients on European markets.

Cooperation with the Central Team managing cooperation with an external client within the Agency; reporting data from the platform to the Central Team.

Quality control of work on the platform performed by internal users: verification of completeness of data entered into the platform.

Organizing, creating and conducting trainings on the use of the platform for new team members.

Informing all platform users about changes, upgrades, new functionalities.

Collecting feedback on the functioning of the platform and managing it, reporting users' needs to the IT department.

Cooperation with the IT / Developers department in the field of platform maintenance, error reporting and creating User Cases for the IT / Developers department.

Reporting work progress and possible technical problems. Working on an independent position - managing your working time.

Qualifications

At least one year of work as a project manager/content manager/QA specialist in an advertising agency.

Content management experience in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) is welcome.

Good knowledge of English.

You freely use MS Office tools. You are committed to your projects, accurate and conscientious.

You have the ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication.

Self-organization skills and proactive approach to tasks, independence in making decisions.

Experience in the advertising or IT industry will be an advantage.
