Novac is currently hiring for "Digital Asset Librarian ".

Industry/ Domain: eLearning/ edtech & Learning Technology

Experience: 2 to 5 years

The eLearning Asset Management Executive is responsible for extracting visual assets from eLearning source files, organizing them in a central asset library, categorizing images accurately, and applying structured keywords and metadata using Adobe Bridge . This role supports Instructional Design, Graphics, and Production teams by ensuring quick and consistent access to reusable visual assets.

Extract images and visual assets from eLearning source files , including:

• Adobe Illustrator (AI)
• Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
• Articulate Storyline source folders

Categorize images based on defined eLearning categories, such as:

• Indoor environments
• Outdoor environments
• Characters (male, female, diverse roles)
• Backgrounds
• Objects / props
• Workplace / industrial / office scenarios

Apply accurate in Adobe Bridge, including:

• Environment type (indoor / outdoor)
• Asset type (character, background, object)
• Scenario or context (office, factory, healthcare, safety, finance, etc.)
• Reusability tags (generic, client-specific, restricted)

Skill set:

Understanding of image categorization

Ability to follow instructions and documented processes accurately

Understanding of image formats used in eLearning (PNG, JPG, SVG).
