Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Education: Bachelors degree in computers, IT, etc., or related field
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or website performance analysis.
Tools and Domain:
- Handson experience with Adobe Analytics (required), including segmentation, calculated metrics, and journey analysis.
- Strong Excel proficiency (using advanced formulas, data manipulation).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to build executiveready decks.
- Experience analyzing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Organic performance and connecting media to onsite outcomes.
- Experience evaluating multiaudience or multiproduct/indication performance preferred.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate insightsnot just reportsand to prioritize highimpact opportunities.
- Detailoriented with strong QA and debugging skills; comfort with tagging validation and data integrity checks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Awareness of privacy and consent considerations and adherence to data governance standards.
- Collaboration with multiple teams such as IT, Operations, etc.
