Job Description
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and search advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate conversions through effective digital strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful implementation and performance of campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, search marketing, audience targeting, ad optimization, and campaign analysis, with the ability to leverage data and insights to maximize overall campaign results.
- Campaign Setup: Validate campaign configurations and setup against customers goals before launching the campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) as per customer needs
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with Adara customers and Account Managers to define display campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for ad production and media placements, if required.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage audience insights and optimize targeting strategies.
- Proven experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking or campaign management.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, and digital advertising technologies is a plus.
- Ad operations experience, with exerience in programmatic campaign activation, performance, strategy, and planning.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad serving, tagging, and creative implementation.
- Familiarity with ad management systems such as Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, Trade Desk, DV360 or similar platforms.
- Experience with campaign performance management is a must-have.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
