Our Client is looking to hire a Senior International Diamond Sales Manager

It's Client-facing, revenue-driven role focused on building and managing US and international clients for a leading international luxury natural diamond manufacturer and exporter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage US-based wholesalers, retailers, and HNI clients
• Drive B2B and B2C sales through effective product presentation and client engagement.
• Present diamond portfolios digitally, showcasing inventory with high-quality images and videos.
• Share certifications and detailed specifications with clients.
• Work on RAPnet and internal platforms for inventory management and sales.
• Handle pricing negotiations and close sales deals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and acquire new clients.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.
• Track sales pipeline and report on progress.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in natural diamond sales, with a focus on US / international markets.
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamond certification, grading, and pricing.
• Platform Experience: Familiarity with RAPnet and other industry-specific platforms.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Shift: Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
