YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide logistics plan on timely basis to ensure availability of FG as per Customer requirement. Review the same on a real time basis.
Develop logistics solutions (bulk and packed FG) as per requirement of customers / markets to achieve service levels, as defined in the business plan.
To bring in the primary and secondary transportation (Bulk and Packed Goods) under the control of contracted and fully compliant processes as per long term plan.
Performance monitoring and evaluation of the service providers on real time basis; development of mechanism towards use of digital tools for tracking, monitoring and analysis of performance.
Provide timely and relevant MIS to Management on all above-mentioned activities to ensure proper highlighting of performance, constraints, and priorities.
Monitor and track the Quality objectives and monitoring measurable for effectiveness. Plan for improvement / corrective action where necessary.
To develop, sustain, train, and implement theTransport safety culture within the Raj organization and align the transportorganization as per our transport safety policy and as per Brenntag group guidelines
