Job Description

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioural)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive the transformation journey and the strategic roadmap for the organization with a 3 to 5 years futuristic views.
  2. Drive the productivity program across the organization with the benchmarking and best practices of other peer organizations.
  3. Develop the method and the framework to improve the business processes to support the enhanced productivity and improved new ways of workings.
  4. Develop the methodology to derive and implement the identified actions from the transformation initiative with a measurable EBIDTA impact.
  5. Develop and suggest the roadmaps to drive the digital transformation for the organization along with the consultant.
  6. Work with external consultants (as identified by the organization) for driving the program.
  7. Drive the implementation of the identified actions through governance frameworks
  8. Design and drive the reward and recognition program to link the program benefits with the individual/ team contributions.
  9. Closely interact with the line managers, HODs and functional head to identify the risks, challenges of the implementation plan and escalate the roadblocks.
  10. Conduct the workshops with the cross functional teams to design the solutions and train the teams on the new methods/processes.
  11. Be part of the transformation office, implement the governance framework and KPI scorecards to ensure scalability and consistency.
  12. Collaborate with cross functional team to deploy transformative processes, mitigating risks and driving business impacts by monitoring process improvements.
  13. Acts as a change agent, driving positive culture change, improving efficiencies, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere to achieve business objectives.
  14. Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with internal and external customers to accomplish business objectives and achieve outstanding customer service.
  15. Will be transitioning to business roles after 2-3 years and post completion of the program.



Technical & Functional:

  • Drive the initiatives till execution with a stretched time schedules
  • Strong data analytics and developing the insights effectively
  • Understanding about the costing and budgeting process
  • May have worked in a reputed consulting organization or in a large organization
  • Activist program management
  • Knowledge about API / CDMO industry


Behavioral:

  • Self-driver and able to work independently
  • Push the teams for quick and fast executions
  • Able to lead cross-functional projects and resolve the conflict
  • Good presentation skills and well versed about excel and any statistical tool
  • Effective communicator across all levels of the organization


Qualification:

Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. MBA from top Tier Institutes


Experience:

Minimum experience of 10-14 years in Consulting, General Management or in a large transformation program
