Hiring: Head Financial Planning & Business Strategy (FP&A) | Gurgaon | CTC 4550 LPA

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Leader with 12+ years of experience to drive Financial Planning, Business Strategy & Analysis (FP&A) for a rapidly growing retail and hospitality organization.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & strategic analysis

Build financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities

Drive store-wise / channel-wise P&L analysis and profitability improvement initiatives

Manage treasury, banking relationships & cash flow planning

Deliver business insights and performance reports to senior leadership

Lead investor reporting, board presentations, and stakeholder engagement

Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategic decisions

CA or MBA (Finance) with strong exposure to FP&A, Treasury, MIS, Audit & Business Finance

Experience in Retail / Hospitality / Consumer businesses preferred

Strong financial modelling, analytics & stakeholder management skills

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: 40-45 LPA
