DGM - Design & Brand Experience

One of our esteemed client is looking for a senior creative leader to shape and maintain a global premium brands visual identity across digital, print, and physical environments. This role will drive brand consistency, creative excellence, and innovation across multiple regions and touchpoints.

You will lead a team of creative professionals and work closely with global marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and visual experiences aligned with the brands premium positioning.

We are not seeking candidates from client servicing or account management roles.

This role requires creative leaders who have directly managed and executed campaigns within the luxury or premium segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Drive creative direction across marketing campaigns, product launches, digital assets, and environmental branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing creative teams.
• Stay ahead of design trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Implement scalable creative toolkits and design systems.
• Oversee both digital and print creative functions, including 3D visualization.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1525 years of experience in brand design or creative leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design excellence.
• Experience managing premium or luxury brand campaigns.
• Proven leadership experience with creative teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exposure to 3D visualization, environmental design, or spatial branding.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Express, Figma, or Sketch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
