Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements (including Consolidated Financials) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).

Managing and liaising with Auditors (Internal/External) for audit closures, including schedule submissions and responding to audit queries.

Handling and deriving Finance projects like accounting software improvements, automations, process control enhancement, etc.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including board presentations.

Analysing financial data for trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organizations

compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in financial preparation, consolidation, reporting, accounting,

or auditing.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS, or GAAP).

Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
