Roles and Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the construction activities related to Balance of Plant (BOP) and Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG) packages

· Provide strategic direction and oversight for all BOP construction projects

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables

· Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure project success

· Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

· Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

Education Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

· Master's degree in engineering or business administration (preferred)

Experience:

· 18-24 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry

· Significant experience in Civil construction for BOP/BTG packages

· Prior experience working in thermal power plants

Technical Skills

· Expertise in Civil construction for BOP/BTG packages

· Knowledge of thermal power plant operations and construction processes

· Project management skills with a focus on timeline and budget adherence

· Understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the Power/Energy industry

Non-Negotiable Skills

· Civil construction experience in BOP/BTG package

· Leadership in thermal power plant construction

· Strategic project management skills
