RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Own DFx strategy across DFT, MBIST, Scan, JTAG, BSCAN

-Drive architecture reviews and signoff readiness

-Collaborate with RTL, PD, DV, and ATE teams

-Strong experience in ASIC DFx flows & silicon bring-up
