Role Overview

We are looking for passionate DFT Engineers to design and implement world-class Design-for-Test strategies for complex SoCs. If you thrive on solving challenges in testability and automation, this is your opportunity to work on next-gen products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DFT architecture for SoCs
  • Insert and verify scan, MBIST, LBIST structures
  • Work on ATPG, fault coverage analysis, and pattern generation
  • Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure robust testability


Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in DFT methodologies (Scan, MBIST, LBIST)
  • Hands-on experience with ATPG tools (Synopsys, Mentor, Cadence)
  • Knowledge of fault models, coverage analysis, and test compression
  • Proficiency in Verilog/VHDL and scripting (Perl, Python, TCL)


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in low-power DFT techniques
  • Exposure to DFT for high-speed interfaces
  • Knowledge of formal verification and STA


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • 318 years of relevant industry experience
