DFT Engineer – PMBIST

Hi ,

If PMBIST is your playground and you enjoy owning DFT from architecture to sign-off, this role will feel like home. Youll work on complex SoCs, shape test strategy, and solve the kind of debug challenges that actually stretch you.

Job Location-

What youll handle

PMBIST Or Programmable Memory Built-In Self-Test design, integration, and verification

Test planning, constraints, and DFT sign-off

Debugging MBIST flows and improving coverage

Cross-team collaboration with design, PD, and verification

What were looking for

7+ years in DFT with strong PMBIST depth

Solid command of BIST architectures, fault models, and RTL flows

Experience with Tessent / DFTMAX / Modus

Strong scripting and a sharp debugging mindset
