Job Description
We have an open requirement for a DFT Engineer (715 Years) and are sharing the JD for your reference.
Location:-Bangalore and Hyderabad
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Scan Insertion and ATPG
- Experience with Synopsys / Cadence Modus / Tessent tools
- Good understanding of MBIST, JTAG, and fault models (Stuck-at / Transition)
- End-to-end DFT implementation experience preferred
