DFT Engineer – MBIST

We are looking for a skilled DFT Engineer with strong MBIST expertise to join our growing VLSI team. If you are passionate about Design-for-Test methodologies and memory test architecture, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) architecture for complex SoCs
• Work on DFT activities including Scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis
• Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Validation teams for seamless DFT implementation
• Perform fault simulations, debugging, and silicon bring-up support
• Generate and analyze test patterns using industry-standard tools
• Support post-silicon validation and yield improvement activities

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in MBIST architecture and implementation
• Experience in Scan, ATPG, JTAG, Boundary Scan
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Tessent (MBIST / Scan / ATPG)
• Synopsys DFT Compiler
• Modus DFT
• Good understanding of memory repair concepts (BIRA/BISR)
• Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Experience in SoC-level DFT integration
• Familiarity with timing closure and physical constraints for DFT

Good to Have:

• Experience in automotive/advanced node designs
• Knowledge of IEEE 1500 / 1687 standards
• Experience in low-power DFT techniques
• Silicon debug experience
