DFT Engineer

About the Company : We are seeking an experienced DFT Engineer to join our semiconductor engineering team in Bengaluru. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in DFT architecture, ATPG, and scan optimization to ensure high-quality production testing for our SoCs.

Position: DFT Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities :

• Core Competencies:
• Methodologies: ATPG, Scan Insertion, Scan Stitching, MBIST/BIST.
• Architecture: Developing DFT specs for complex SoCs and IPs.
• Validation: Pattern debugging, DFT-GLS, and production test support.
• Timing: Supporting timing closure for DFT modes (STA).

Your Role: You will work closely with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams to implement DFT structures, perform rule checks, and support the bring-up team during silicon validation.
