Experience in scan stitching and scan chain concepts
Hands-on experience with ATPG flows ; Tessent ATPG preferred
Experience using SpyGlass-DFT for DFT checks and coverage
Basic knowledge of JTAG & IJTAG standards
Scripting knowledge (TCL / AWK / SED ) is a plus
