Job Description
Role: DevSecOps Engineer with 7Years experience.
Skills: Github, Github Actions, Yaml, Terraforms, Sonarcube/codeql/Python, AWS/GCP.
Roles and responsibility:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a development or lead capacity.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and expertise in cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies, including cloud security, secure coding, infrastructure security, and compliance.
- Experience leading technical implementations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
