SN            Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Define, Develop and design DevSecOps metrics, policies, processes, and procedures
2 Provide consultancy on devops tools evaluation and selection  
3 Define and implement the build, deployment, and monitoring standards
4 Develop, document, and implement CI/CD strategy for management of infrastructure as code baseline
5 Evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, impact, and risk of security issues
6 Design and implement automated security checks and additional security tools within the CI/CD pipeline
7 Define Monitoring  and support for all installed systems and infrastructure from devops
8 Collaborate with development team to create an automated CI/CD system
9 Deliver end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management in a cloud/on prem environment 
10 Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on tasks
11 Identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement them with the help of developers
12 Work with Clients and other IT personnel for problem resolution
