Installation, Upgrade and Environment design
Integration with 3rd party tools and plugin deployments
Migrate all relevant data, including integrations, to the SaaS platform.
Validation and verification of the upgraded environment and projects.
Experience implementing new functionality
Customization and configuration of the project as per project requirement(User roles, Project entities, Alerts, Workflows etc)
Designing and developing workflows and configurations
Development of template projects
Creating custom dashboard/reports.
Performing Administrative tasks for Atlassian JiraConfluence and/or OpenText ALM/QC on SaaS Platform
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications :BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
