We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

• Own and operate GCP infrastructure and GKE clusters running at production scale.
• Perform deep Kubernetes operations, including cluster scaling, performance tuning, debugging, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Lead day-2 production operations: incident response, root cause analysis, postmortems, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Define, monitor, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical services.
• Implement and manage observability using New Relic, including:
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
• Infrastructure and Kubernetes monitoring
• Log aggregation, alerting, and dashboards
• Own infrastructure automation using Terraform, including module design, lifecycle management, and environment standardization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with real ownership of deployments, rollbacks, and release reliability.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability across all environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML or LLM platforms, preferably Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with cost optimization and autoscaling strategies for data-intensive and AI workloads.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals, including VPCs, IAM, load balancing, and service-to-service security.
• Multi-cloud exposure, especially working across GCP and Azure environments.
