Job Title: DevOps Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and grow our DevOps function. The ideal candidate will have 1215 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning, with strong focus on multi-cloud environments, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Mentor and guide the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive professional development.

Allocate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and SLA commitments.

Operational Oversight

Oversee the management of Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Monitor and maintain key subsystems such as Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, microservices, Argo Workflows, and Flowable.

Lead incident management and response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

Development & Automation

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software deployment.

Manage infrastructure as code using Kustomize, Helm Charts, and other IaC tools for scalable and reproducible environments.

Develop automation scripts to optimize routine DevOps operations and improve efficiency.

Strategic Planning

Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.

Monitor cloud utilization and implement cost optimization measures without impacting performance.

Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure the organization stays ahead technologically.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and

priorities.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and

improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

1215 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering with at least 45 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong hands-on knowledge of Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, Argo Workflows, and Flowable.

Experience with IaC tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or equivalent.

Solid scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar).

Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
