Job Title: DevOps Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to manage and optimize build, release, and deployment processes for enterprise applications. The role involves leading CI/CD initiatives, ensuring code quality and security, and driving automation and cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead build and release management for enterprise applications
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle/NPM
- Ensure code quality and security using SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and releases
- Handle deployments on Linux and servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, NGINX, Apache
- Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Groovy
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops teams for seamless delivery
- Support on-prem to AWS cloud migrations
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
