 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Provide L2/L3 Production Support for Business-Critical Applications.
• Analyze/Troubleshoot/debug the code for Incident resolution, Root cause analysis & implementing preventive measures.
• Work with development team to resolve complex technical issues / problems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD Pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git & Ansible.
• Perform Routine maintenance activities such as OS & Database Patching, backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Actively look for process improvements as well as automations for relevant use cases wherever possible using appropriate tools & technologies & maintain OKRs including ICE scores
• Maintain Risk & Control / TRCB dashboards for control compliance and other IT Service Owner Related activities, resolve the vulnerabilities and avoid impact

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• SQL/PLSQL - Hands on Experience in relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres. Able to analyze and fine tune database queries.
• Scripting - Good Scripting knowledge for Linux/Unix Shell or Python
• CI/CD – Experience building and maintaining pipelines using Jenkins, Git & Ansible. Familiarity with JIRA and Git, Bitbucket or any other version control tools for Code.
• Exposure to monitoring platforms such as ITRS Geneos, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk. Experience with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools
• Should be an Expert in ITSM Change request, Incident & Problem management process.
• Knowledge of EIM, PLADA, SCOTT , BIA , ITSA etc.
• Work in IN/UK shifts to monitor application and scheduled jobs. On rotation basis, provide support on weekends and on-call support after office hours.
• Good communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate in the production/crisis calls. Aware of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems - inputs based on business/operations requirements.
• Good to have knowledge of Java , Spring Boot.
• Supporting ongoing work to automate regression test cases & regression pack maintenance.
• Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology.
• Personality: Proactive and flexible. Strong written and verbal communication skills
