Were hiring an experienced System Administrator / DevOps Lead to own and manage our infrastructure, cloud services, automation frameworks, and system reliability.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the go-to person for all infra and DevOps operations across India and the US teams.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Linux/Windows servers, networking & access controls.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline development (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Build and maintain automation using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Manage containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure uptime, reliability, performance optimization & DR readiness.
• Implement monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Drive security best practices, patching, audits & compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones (India & US).
• Mentor junior engineers and improve DevOps maturity across the org.

• 810 years in System Admin / DevOps roles.
• Strong experience with AWS (preferred), Linux systems, scripting (Python/Bash).
• Solid understanding of networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, VPCs.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a mindset for automation.

• Certifications (AWS / Azure / Linux / Kubernetes).
• Experience supporting global engineering teams.
• Exposure to DevSecOps & security frameworks.
• Startup or product company environment background.
