Job Title: DevOps Engineer (ITSM & Change Management)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, and ITSM change management processes. The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations while ensuring governance, compliance, and structured change controls aligned with enterprise IT standards.

This role requires technical depth combined with process discipline, especially in ITIL-based Change & Release Management frameworks.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on scripting (PowerShell / Bash / Python).
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Monitoring tools (Splunk / App Insights / Prometheus).

ITSM & Governance

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Practical experience handling production changes in regulated environments.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and audit controls.
