DevOps Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Java DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java , DevOps practices , Azure DevOps pipelines , EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) , and intermediate-level database skills . The ideal candidate will participate in development, deployment, and support of critical banking applications ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS EKS with good understanding of containers Kubernetes concepts.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 production support .
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release cycles and operational stability.
• Implement best practices in source control , branching , logging , and monitoring .
• Optimize application performance and collaborate with DB teams for improved SQL/database efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical production releases.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory standards for banking applications.

Essential Details:

Education-IT Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience- 2-5 Years
