About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines , ensuring scalability, automation, and operational excellence across environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS .
• Manage networking components such as VPC, Subnets, Route 53, ALB , and NAT Gateway .
• Support storage and database services like S3 , RDS , and OpenSearch .

2. Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Linux Shell scripting and Python .
• Automate deployment, scaling, and operational workflows to increase efficiency.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Bamboo .
• Manage Git-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) to streamline code integration and delivery.

4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Configuration Management

• Implement and manage CloudFormation templates for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Apply configuration management principles using Chef or SaltStack to maintain system consistency.

5. Monitoring, Logging & Observability

• Set up and manage monitoring and alerting solutions using CloudWatch , Grafana , Splunk , and EventBridge .
• Analyze performance metrics and logs to ensure system health and reliability.

6. Collaboration & Security

• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Apply security best practices and ensure compliance within cloud and CI/CD environments.

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, RDS, OpenSearch)
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• Scripting Languages: Shell, Python
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): AWS CloudFormation
• Configuration Management: Chef, SaltStack
• Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk, EventBridge
• Networking: VPC, Subnets, Route 53, Load Balancers
• Delivery Models: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
