Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Linux and Ansible

Automation to join our Automation team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining

our automation frameworks, optimizing system configurations, and supporting the continuous

improvement of our infrastructure platforms. While your primary focus will be on automation and

Linux-based systems, experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies (such as

VMware) will be highly valued, as our environment spans multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation pipelines for

infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

Manage and optimize Linux environments across development, testing, and production systems.

Contribute to CI/CD initiatives, ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure as code and drive

automation best practices.

Support and integrate Windows Server systems and virtualization platforms as part of a

heterogeneous infrastructure landscape.

Troubleshoot system and automation issues, ensuring platform stability and security.

Document processes, configurations, and automation workflows for knowledge sharing and

reusability.

Required Skills & Tools

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, or similar distributions).

Proven skills in Ansible automation (playbook development, role structuring, inventory

management).

Familiarity with Windows Server administration and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-

V) is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.

Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation and troubleshooting.

Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate in a diverse,

international environment.
