Zynka builds a modern EV ecosystem platformCPMS (EV charging management), ERP/CRM for operations, and AI modules to improve reliability, support, and predictive maintenance. We operate across India and the UK, and were scaling cloud infrastructure to support high-availability, secure, and automated deployments.

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can own and improve our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure , build robust CI/CD pipelines , manage Kubernetes-based workloads , and support production reliability through monitoring and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) . Youll work closely with engineering teams to automate deployments, improve security posture, and optimize cost/performance.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform preferred)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for microservices and apps
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement observability: logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and on-call readiness
• Handle production incidents, perform RCA , and drive preventive actions
• Manage cloud security best practices: secrets management, WAF rules, IAM policies, and secure networking
• Support performance tuning and cost optimization (FinOps mindset is a plus)
• Document infrastructure, runbooks, incident playbooks, and SOPs

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:

• VPC
• EC2
• RDS
• CloudWatch
• WAF
• Secrets Manager
• API Gateway
• CloudFront
• S3
• Lambda
• Route 53

Exposure to Azure services and cloud architecture patterns (networking, compute, storage, security, monitoring).

• Strong in Terraform (preferred) or similar IaC tools
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/AKS is a plus)
• Strong experience with Docker (building container images, registries, best practices)
• CI/CD expertise using GitHub Actions (or similar tools)
• Incident handling + RCA capability (logs/metrics/traces driven)

• Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD/FluxCD (GitOps)
• Terraform Cloud / Atlantis
• Security tooling: SAST/DAST, container scanning, secrets scanning
• Experience with microservices, API management, and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of DR, backups, multi-region design, and high availability
• Experience working in EV charging / IoT / OCPP / real-time systems (bonus)

• Stabilize and improve deployment pipeline reliability
• Standardize IaC modules and environment provisioning
• Improve monitoring/alerting quality and reduce MTTR
• Deliver clear incident runbooks and repeatable operational SOPs
