The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Digital Com Release Management Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Management. Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Seeking a highly skilled DevOps Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team. We are committed to driving innovation and excellence in our deployment processes and development practices.
Drive DevOps Strategy: Lead the roadmap discussions on our DevOps strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.Deployment Automation Guidance: Provide expert guidance to the team on best practices for deployment automation. Thisincludes not only the technical aspects but also the process structures necessary for achieving maximum deployment
automation.
Development Process Optimization: Advise on the development processes to ensure they are structured to support full ormaximum deployment automation.
Pipeline Definition: Define and create DevOps pipelines within a complex multi-technology environment. This includesapplications across .NET Java Hybrid Mobile Database and Infrastructure technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of DevOps practices to streamline release management processes.Oversee the service delivery lifecycle to ensure efficient and reliable digital communication services.Provide expertise in peak management to handle high-traffic periods effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps tools and practices into the development lifecycle.Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are optimized for performance and reliability.Monitor and manage infrastructure to support scalable and resilient digital communication services.Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and best practices.Conduct regular reviews and audits of DevOps practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to digital communication services.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize DevOps initiatives that align with business goals.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in DevOps practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Digital Com Release Management Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Management.Have experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.Demonstrate expertise in CI/CD pipeline optimization and automation.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication and mentoring skills.
Certifications Required
Certified DevOps Architect AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certifications.
