Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Kubernetes security features including Admission Controllers, RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, and Secret management.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps with ArgoCD.Automate deployments and monitor workloads in Kubernetes using Prometheus and Grafana.Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement image scanning and compliance controls.Collaborate with developers and SREs to maintain secure and reliable cloud-native systems on AWS.Write and maintain scripts in Python and Shell to support automation and operational tasks.Ensure adherence to security best practices including CIS benchmarks for Kubernetes. Job Description - Grade SpecificStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related security features (e.g., Admission Controllers, PSPs, Network Policies).Proficiency in AWS cloud services.Hands-on experience with ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.Expertise in Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.Experience with monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana.Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.Experience with container security tools (e.g., image scanning, policy enforcement).
