Development Engineer

Search Partners has recently been mandated to identify a Development Engineer who can Leverage the Zoho platform (CRM, Creator, Catalyst, Books, People, Analytics, etc.) to support business process optimization, data utilization, and internal development across the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Create Zoho system requirements to solve departmental challenges
2. Building business logic using Deluge and JavaScript
3. Design and implement integrations with other SaaS or core systems using APIs
4. Adjust and enhance the system based on feedback from each department
5. Cooperation and technical coordination with overseas vendors
6. (Mainly Zoho partners in India)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business implementation using SaaS products
• Hands-on experience building logic using Deluge Script
• Experience with API design and implementation (experience with Zoho integration preferred).

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for small and medium-sized businesses
• Priority consideration for candidates holding Zoho certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in Zoho One product design and operations
• Experience with migration projects from other SaaS systems
• Knowledge of core business operations (accounting, sales management, personnel evaluation, etc.)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Optimizing data structures (normalization, ER diagram creation, etc.)
• Experience with Git or CI/CD operations
• Experience integrating with generative AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
