- Marketing Automation specialist with experience in campaign management, cross-channel marketing automation, customer journeys/transformation, email marketing
- Having experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign
- Lead AEP implementation and optimization.
- Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Realtime Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), WebSDK implementation (Integrating Adobe Target/Analytics/AEP/Launch), AJO, demonstrates technical capabilities to handle complex tasks.
- Worked with stakeholders for requirement gathering, understanding business use cases, scoping, creating functional prototypes, and solutions for Adobe Experience Cloud
- Train and mentor, the team on AEP functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot AEP-related issues and provide ongoing support.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (e.g., Experience Data Model, Real-time Customer Profile).
- Data modelling, schema creation, identifying & setting up data sources for data ingestion.
- AEP Data collection (Web SDK) with integration to Target and Analytics, AEP.
- AJO configuration, instance setup, integration
- Strong experience in data integration, audience management, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with additional Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign).
- Background in developing customized training programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on team development is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of AEP experience is required
