- Incident Management /Risk Management/ OCH&S / Safety Observation / Near Miss / SAP Management of Change(MOC)
- Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.
- Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements
- Provides Training and Operational support to business end users
- Resolving end user tickets in SAP EHSM and Management of Change 1.0 module.
- Work on new developments as per customer requirements.
- Regular meeting with client online and provide status of requirement.
- Updating of business process documents post sign-off for the project.
- Working on Enhancements of Near Miss, Safety Observation, Medical Records, Physical Surveillance, Clinical Records, Medical Records etc.
