Technical Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) solutions.
- Define architecture for XDM schemas, identity graphs, and data governance policies.
- Oversee configuration of Sources, Destinations, and Dataflows for ingestion and activation.
- Guide development of custom data transformations using Adobe Data Prep functions.
- Ensure integration with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, and other MarTech tools.
- Manage troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to data ingestion, identity stitching, and activation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AEP/RTCDP capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level experience with Adobe AEP and RTCDP.
- Deep understanding of XDM schemas, identity resolution, and data governance.
- Proficiency in API integrations, JSON, and advanced data modeling.
- Experience with Adobe Launch and Web SDK for data collection.
- Strong knowledge of segment building, activation workflows, and event-based architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or RTCDP.
- Experience in leading multi-channel marketing activation projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
