Developer / Sr. Developer - AI

We are seeking a highly skilled AI professional to design and implement advanced AI-driven solutions that address complex business problems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to conceptualise, design, and deliver scalable AI systems from low-level design through production deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, multi-agent architectures, machine learning models, and modern AI system design.

Experience 2 yrs to 5 yrs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team and stakeholders in design & implementation of AI solutions for business.
• Own low-level design of business solution & help in technical artefacts creation.
• Apply system design and AI skills to implement the solution to maturity & production grade.
• Keep up the learning with industry trends on AI technologies.

Key Skills

• Exposure to Multi-Agent AI system development for business problems with standard Agent SDK, A2A, MCP
• Experience in GenAI solutions design & development like RAG, Agentic RAG, Vector DB, Agentic Patterns Orchestrator, Planner.
• Exposure to fine-tuning various LLMs like Mistral and Olama with domain data.
• Experience in training ANN for NLP, Computer Vision problems with Object Detection Models, Transformer Models, and Prediction Models.
• Strong Python system design & development, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure
