Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and SOM. The role includes scripting with JavaScript/Glide API, building Service Catalogs & Request Workflows, managing CMDB & Discovery, and delivering REST/SOAP integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and excellent communication are essential.

Must-Have Skills:

·         ServiceNow development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows/Flow Designer, Script Includes, Catalog/Request workflows.

·         Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, asynchronous processing.

·         Integrations: REST/SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, authentication (OAuth 2.0, Basic).

·         CMDB & Discovery: data model, CIs, relationships, MID Server, credentials, patterns.

·         ITIL: practical implementation across ITSM/CSM/FSM/SOM processes.

·        Communication & problem-solving: clear, structured stakeholder interaction.
