ABOUT THE ROLE Will be responsible for finding and building strategic partnerships with Builders. Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities for growth. Identifying and executing innovative ideas for expansion. Responsible for maintaining the records of old and new developers to execute alliance strategy for business growth at a high pace. Host and coordinate events for developer customers. Should have good negotiation skills and ability to close deals on spot, while setting up meetings with the developers. Meet and coordinate with the design team to build lucrative packages to offer the developers. Build report and convince senior executives, promoters and developers. - Ensure daily targets are met and regular follow up details are being maintained.
