Developer Relations Engineer

What Youll Do

As a full-time Devrel, you will:

• Leverage your deep technical knowledge across AI, Cloud, and Software Development to evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions.
• Assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of submitted ideas or working solutions.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants to refine their solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks.
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud-native apps, DevOps, and software engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders.
• Support in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges.

You Should Have

• Strong technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
• Ability to assess a wide variety of prototypes ranging from ML models to web/mobile applications and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and basic data visualization/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate technical insights and feedback.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or other agentic/LLM-driven frameworks.
• Previous involvement in hackathons, innovation challenges, startup mentoring, or accelerators.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean startup principles.
