Position Overview:
The Insbridge Developer will design, develop, and maintain rating solutions using the Insbridge platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Insbridge, understanding of insurance rating processes, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure rating models using Insbridge Rating System.
- Develop and maintain rating algorithms, tables, and rules.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Insbridge with policy administration systems (e.g., Guidewire PolicyCenter).
- Conduct unit testing and support system testing and UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rating logic and integration.
- Maintain documentation for rating configurations and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in Insbridge rating configuration.
- Strong understanding of insurance rating and underwriting processes.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Insbridge Rating System and rating logic design.
- Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter integration.
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with P\&C insurance domain.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for rating engines.
