Job Title: Optimizely CMS developer
Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Required Technical Skill Set :
- 7+ years of experience in web development, with a minimum of
- 3-year hands on development in Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver CMS).
- Strong proficiency in .NET core, C#, and MVC frameworks.
- Strong understanding of other Optimizely products( Commerce, personalization, campaign, web experimentation, etc)
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJS, Nuxt JS).
- Extensive experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Optimizely CMS/Commerce solutions.
- Proven ability to lead a development team, with excellent mentoring and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and web analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good-to-Have
- Optimizely CMS/Commerce certification.
- Experience with headless commerce architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
