Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere along with domain experience in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help streamline our processes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using MS Power Automate to improve efficiency in Finance & Accounting processes.
  • Utilize Automation Anywhere to design build and deploy automation solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to identify opportunities for process automation and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation workflows to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation processes to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
  • Document all automation processes and workflows to maintain a clear record of changes and updates.
  • Train and support team members in the use of automation tools and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities.
  • Participate in project planning and provide input on automation-related tasks and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate automation solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in automation technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by improving efficiency and reducing manual workload through automation.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
  • Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining automation workflows.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have the ability to train and support team members in automation tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in automation technologies.
