Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Support Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. Experience in Commercial Lending Cards & Payments and Asset Management Operations is a plus. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations to support business requirements.
  • Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of MuleSoft applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on MuleSoft best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for MuleSoft integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of MuleSoft applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new integrations.
  • Implement security best practices for MuleSoft integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
  • Have a good understanding of Commercial Lending Cards & Payments and Asset Management Operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing API-led connectivity solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Show the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of security best practices for integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and MuleSoft features.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning.
