Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Display strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Have the ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Show experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
